Live Inventory Control

Running out of something?
Tap an ingredient to sell out everything that uses it: items that list it or mention it in their name or description. An add-on by that name goes out on its own. Clears itself at the next Start service.
What each one takes off

Saved menus

Build a menu for an event once and switch to it in one tap, this year and next. Switching back is one tap too, and the menu that’s on now is always kept.

Happy hour & deals

Pro · free during beta

Prices change by themselves at the times you set. Customers see the deal and when it ends; deals never stack with a sale price (they get whichever is lower).

Marketing presets

A sample truck for your videos. Card payments and texts stay off, sample customers never get email, and search engines don’t list its page.

Scheduled pickup
Customers can pick a time later today. Tickets wait in “Later” until it’s time to start them.
Food allergy notes at checkout
Off: customers don’t see an allergy box. On: they can note an allergy, and the kitchen must confirm it before marking the order Ready.
Orders per 15-minute pickup slot
Pace online orders
So a rush can’t bury the kitchen. Customers can still look at the menu and build an order, and they see when ordering opens again.

Note for the crew

Shows at the top of every kitchen screen until you clear it. For example: "Out of cilantro today."

Your day

One summary a day instead of a stream of notifications: orders, top item, busiest and slowest hour, what customers said, what sold out, and tomorrow’s weather.

Your day is part of Pro.The morning card on Orders and the summary email. Tap below to see a real one from yesterday.
Day summary by email
Quiet hours
No emails to you overnight. Anything that comes in waits for the morning.
“Rain likely tomorrow. Shorten hours or prep less?” City and state, or a ZIP.

Extra notification emails Business

Up to 3 more people, like a partner, a manager or your bookkeeper, get the emails you pick for them. They confirm from their inbox first, and every email has a link to stop. You still get everything.

Catering

Hosts price and request events on their own, with no back-and-forth. Set your packages and rules once, then accept bookings in one tap.

Open catering Clients · who to reach out to this week

Your client list fills itself from catering requests, bookings and followers. Catering is part of Pro+ and Business, or $15 a month on Pro; clients are Business. All free during the beta.
